Description:
Fantastic views of the Strip and a chandelier with more than 15,000 handblown glass spheres set MIX apart from the crowd. A blend of French and American cuisines with international influences characterizes the menu and introduces fine cuisine to comfort food. Starters like potato gnocchi with enoki mushrooms and black truffle shavings are almost satisfying enough to be main courses. Entrées include duck breast "dolce forte" with glazed black mission figs, and beef tenderloin rossini with potato galette. Scrumptious sides like Yorkshire pudding or elbow pasta with ham and Gruyère are welcome accompaniments.
