Like the Wynn's other dining establishments, The Buffet offers superior cuisine and atmosphere. Seventeen chef stations allow for an abundance of fine cuisine: Sushi, glazed salmon, steamed mussels, king crab legs, rack of lamb, grilled vegetables, and pesto mashed potatoes are just a few of the choices. American, Mexican, Southern, and Italian dishes are all available, including barbecue and pizza.
