Great seafood is hard to find this far inland, but airy, inviting Buzio's definitely delivers! The comfortable dining room features an open kitchen and affords views of the resort pools. It also offers an oyster bar that lets patrons check out the goings-on in the kitchen.Try selections from the brimming raw bar or sample an outstanding clam chowder, cioppino, or bouillabaisse. Other possibilities include corn husk-roasted Alaskan halibut, live Maine lobster, and chipotle-lacquered chicken. Oyster shooters are also available.
