One of celebrity-chef Emeril Lagasse's brainchildren, this Big Easy-style steakhouse has received more than its fair share of positive publicity. Vaulted ceilings, a working petit grand piano, and French doors carry the New Orleans theme to the hilt. Meanwhile, a wine list that very nearly dwarfs the Las Vegas telephone directory lets diners know that "high living" is not taken lightly.
